Power Rangers Fighting Edition for the SNES.
It's actually a pretty damn good fighting game. I hate to say it, but it's better than Street Fighter 2. Although, it did come much later.

That demon's name is Maligore (sp?). He's from the Turbo movie. (Bleh).
